ABOUT THE PROGRAM

RHAB-YESS is an initiative of the Speaker of the 7th Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Aniekan Bassey, aimed at discovering, mentoring and supporting young entrepreneurs to financial greatness. The scheme is for every Akwa Ibom sons and daughters within the state and it complements Governor Udom Emmanuel’s Enterprise Development Drive.

ELIGIBILITY

This Entrepreneurship Support Scheme is for every indigene of Akwa Ibom State currently running Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

It is for everyone that is in dire need of financial support to boost his/her SMEs.

This scheme is for everyone that wants to be empowered for self-sustainability.

INSTRUCTIONS

Do a 5-Minute video documentary of your business on YouTube. Visit the website, www.rhabyess.com, fill the online form, add the YouTube link and submit. The video documentary should include your Bio-Data (Name, Local Government of Origin, Date of Birth and Educational Qualification), Description of Business/Enterprise, Economic Importance of Business/Enterprise to Akwa Ibom State, and the number of people you will employ when given the support.

JUDGEMENT CRITERIA: Nine (9) best videos will be selected from the pool (3 every week for three weeks) and subsequently placed (the 9 selected best videos) on the Facebook page (Court of public opinion) for the final selection of the Best-Three.

NOTE: Final Selection will be based on the number of comments (votes) garnered from viewers.
